Mapp4all es una aplicación para Smartphones que da localización e información sobre puntos de interés general con características concretas sobre accesibilidad y facilidades para ciertos colectivos.
Los criterios que contempla Mapp4all en sus diferentes niveles son:
- Movilidad reducida
- Déficit auditivo
- Déficit visual
- Ayudas para bebés
- Celíacos
- Animales de compañía o mascotas
¿How can I download Mapp4all? ¿How much does it cost?
Mapp4all es una ‘app’ gratuita. Se puede descargar desde la web www.map4all.com o desde la AppStore o Playstore de Google.
¿Por qué constan unos locales y otros no?
Los locales que salen son los que han pedido estar o los que los usuarios o Mapp4All va incorporando a través de información que localiza.
¿Who certifies it?
The certification is given by the users or by the owners themselves. We can all update the information based on personal experience.
Why are some stores listed and others not?
These are the ones that at the moment have asked to be or that Mapp4all is incorporating through information that it locates.
¿Can I add an establishment?
YES, everyone can add establishments. It is important that the information we add it is contrasted with the local owners. In case you do not know anything about the accessibility, it is better to answer “I don´t know” or verify it with the owners.
Which kind of store or establishment can I add?
Any kind of store and establishment. Everyone access in one moment or another of our life to any type of establishment (notary, bookstore, store, cinema … etc)

Which places can I add?
Todos.
Cualquier establecimiento o lugar al que puede acceder una persona: bares, cafeterías, cajeros, cines, teatros, hoteles, lugares turísticos, estaciones de metro, parkings, restaurantes, servicios públicos, tiendas, jardines, parques o playas.
Si añades un establecimiento y no tiene una categoría específica, sólo debes incluirlo en el tipo “Otros”. Iremos incorporando tipologías específicas en función de las necesidades.
Should it be only accessible places?
DO NOT. It is good to include the information of any place with its levels of accessibility so that its users can know its characteristics before visiting them.
Do I have to know all the information about the place?
NO. Solo hay que añadir lo que se conoce y dejar en blanco la información que no sabes. Al incluir el espacio, el resto de usuarios lo verán y podrán completar la información que falta.
If a place it is already created, can I modify it?
YES. If you detect that the information about the space is wrong, you have more information to complete the file or you want to include comments, you can edit the information of the space. So when someone clicks on this space, you will see that it has been created by the previous user and modified by you with the last update date.
¿Cómo busco un local?
Puedes buscar en el mapa por dirección o bien filtrando por tipo de local. Para desplegar los filtros debes hacer clic en la parte superior del mapa y seleccionar aquellos que quieras que aparezcan. De esta forma sobre el mapa verás sólo los puestos de la categoría que hayas elegido.
